The fastest way to get unstuck is to work with someone who’s already been there.
If you’re running a solo practice and the business side feels harder than it should, you don’t need more content to consume. You need someone to look at your business — your pricing, your intake, your systems, your workload — and help you figure out what to fix and in what order.
That’s what 1:1 coaching does.

What It Looks Like
We meet twice a month on calls focused entirely on what’s in front of you. No generic, cookie-cutter roadmap — just your practice, your problems, and what to do next. Between calls, you have direct access to me for questions that can’t wait. When something comes up — a difficult client situation, a pricing decision, a contract you’re not sure how to handle — you don’t have to sit with it until our next call.
The work we do together will depend on where you are and what you need most. Most of the attorneys I work with are wrestling with some combination of:
- Pricing — knowing what to charge, how to move to flat fees, and how to stop undercharging without losing clients
- Intake — what’s happening between the first inquiry and a signed agreement, and how to fix the leaks
- Client systems — what to systematize, what tools are worth it, how to stop reinventing the wheel for every matter
- Profitability — understanding whether the business is sustainable, and what to change if it isn’t
- Positioning and marketing — getting clearer on who you serve and how to reach them without spending hours on content creation
If you’ve been figuring all of this out alone, it’s not because you’re doing it wrong. It’s because nobody hands you a manual when you open your practice. I spent more than ten years figuring out what it takes to be successful through trial and error. This is the faster path.
What it Costs
Is Coaching Right for You?
1:1 coaching is for attorneys and practitioners who are ready to actually implement changes, not just think about them. It’s a significant investment of both money and time, and it works best when you’re willing to do the work between sessions.
It’s not the right fit if you’re looking for someone to hand you a finished system or make decisions for you. The work is collaborative — I’ll help you think through your options and build what fits your practice, but you’re the one running it.
How to Get Started
The first step is a short discovery call where we talk about where you are, what’s not working, and whether coaching is the right fit for you. If it makes sense for both of us, we’ll talk about next steps. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you that too.
